About Me

Choosing To Live A Healthier Life

I have always been someone who really loves to get out there and enjoy time with other people, which is why I started becoming more and more involved in outdoor activities. Unfortunately, a few months ago I was left with a debilitating injury that I knew I had to resolve, and so I met with my medical care provider. He told me that I had been living with a stress fracture, and I knew that I had to have surgery to get it fixed. During my recovery, I decided to create a blog all about health and medical topics to help other people just like me. Check it out.

Are You Ejaculating Prematurely On Dates? What To Know Now

If you have been coming up in short in the bedroom because you are having premature ejaculation problems, you want to talk with your physician about the possible causes of your concerns. There are many men that suffer from this type of problem during sexual activities, but hopefully you can be one of the men that find a cure to the issue. Here are some of the health concerns that you may be dealing with that could be the culprits in causing you to ejaculate prematurely.

Mental Health

Your mental health could be affecting your stamina, and how long you are able to perform. If you are psyching yourself out, thinking you aren't going to last long, or if you are stressed and have a lot of anxiety, this could be contributing to the problem.  Relaxing, clearing your mind, and getting enough rest to improve mental health and mood may be able to help prevent premature ejaculation.

Physical Endurance

Sex is a physical activity, and your body has to be able to handle the physical exertion. Physical exercise and improving endurance may be able to help with preventing premature ejaculation by getting your body in condition to keep up with the physical demands of sex. Try getting on a cardiovascular workout routine to see if this helps prevent or minimize the problem that you're struggling with.

Possible Medical Problems

A variety of health conditions can contribute to premature ejaculation and can be a problem, including the following:

  • high blood pressure
  • cardiovascular conditions
  • diabetes
  • thyroid issues
  • cancer

These are just some of the medical problems that you could be dealing with that are affecting how you are able to perform in the bedroom. You may need to treat these issues before treating the premature ejaculation, or treatment for these issues may cure your ejaculation problems.

If the problem continues and you aren't sure how to treat it, you will want to see a urologist. This specialist can help take a closer look at your genitals to get to the bottom of the problem, or they can help to treat you with different medications. You want to find out what is going on right away to make sure that the ejaculation problem isn't the result of a different underlying medical issue. Get a solution so you can gain some confidence, and improve your performance when you are ready to engage in sexual activities.
